Payment is due at time of service. I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card. I can currently accept Aetna, OPTUM United Behavioral Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Check with your insurance provider directly to understand your coverage. Insurance providers require documentation of a diagnosis codes.
